Recipe for Green Smoothie

– 1 cup fresh spinach leave – 1 ripe banana, peeled – 1/2 cucumber, sliced – 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted – 1/2 cup pineapple chunk – 1 cup coconut water – Ice cubes (optional)

Ingredients 

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, peel the banana, slice the cucumber, and pit and peel the avocado. 

Prepare the Ingredients 

In a blender, add the fresh spinach leaves, banana, cucumber slices, avocado chunks, and pineapple chunks. 

Combine Ingredients 

Pour in the coconut water to help blend the ingredients smoothly. Coconut water not only adds a refreshing taste but also provides electrolytes. 

Add Coconut Water 

Secure the blender lid and blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. 

Blend Until Smooth 

If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your preferred texture. 

Adjust Texture 

Pour the green smoothie into a glass and savor the refreshing taste and nourishing goodness.
