My Favorite Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1⁄3 cup chia seeds 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons cocoa powder Pinch of salt Fresh raspberries, blackberries or strawberries, for topping

In a mason jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, brown sugar or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture takes on a pudding-like texture.

Transfer chia seed pudding into bowls and top with your choice of fresh berries. Enjoy!

You can use any kind of milk - dairy, almond, coconut, oat, etc.

Play around with different mix-ins like peanut butter, coffee, cinnamon, or cayenne pepper.

For more of a mousse-like texture, blend in a food processor before serving.
