Simple Baked Chicken

Fold in raw chopped vegetables like spinach, diced tomato, potato, zucchini or other veggies you have on hand. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish, top with shredded cheese.

Surround with halved cherry tomatoes, trimmed green beans, lemon slices and drizzle everything with olive oil.
