Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe 

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 3 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients

Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a 12 oz microwave-safe mug. Whisk together until combined.

Add the milk, peanut butter, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix together until smooth and no lumps remain.

Microwave for 60-90 seconds until cake batter rises and looks set. Do not overcook.

Carefully remove from microwave using an oven mitt. Allow to cool for 2 minutes.

Dig in and enjoy this warm, decadent, single-serving mug cake! Top with ice cream if desired.
